Terms & Conditions

1. Company policy regarding payment, cancellation and moving of bookings for Shuttle Transfers:
   -      Cancellation fee: 30% of fee from booking up to 72 hours prior to service date/time
   -      Cancellation fee: 50% of fee if cancelled less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours prior to service         date/time
   -      Cancellation fee: 100% of fee if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to service date/time
2. R60 - 00 per person to move a booking from one shuttle route to another, provided moving arranged 24 hours before transfer date and pending availability.
3. Bookings must be paid in full within 24 hours from Invoice / Confirmation date.
4. In the event that payment was not received or no alternative payment arrangements were made, we have the right to cancel this booking without further notice.
5. Payments to be made directly to Ingelosi’s Bank Account (Detail will be reflected on Invoice).
6. Payment by SWIFT / International Bank Transfer attracts high bank charges. Should you wish to pay by means of SWIFT / International Bank Transfer please include an amount of R150.00 per transaction to cover said costs
   

Other

1. Ingelosi accepts no responsibility for late arrivals due to delayed flights / luggage problems etc. Should your flight be delayed, you will unavoidably miss your shuttle transfer and you will have to make alternative arrangements at your own expense. No refunds will be considered due to the above.
2. Passenger must ensure that his/ her  flight’s ETA caters for enough time to gather luggage, clear with Customs etcetera and make his/her way to Public Transport Bus & Coach Terminal at OR Tambo in time for shuttle departure at scheduled time.
3. Ingelosi accepts no responsibility to re-schedule any transfer, as bookings are accepted pending availability. Should we be able to re-schedule, additional charges will apply.
4. Ingelosi accepts no responsibility for traffic delays resulting in late arrival at venues / airport, therefore the passenger should take all the necessary precautions to ensure timeous arrival.
5. Travel time between Sun City and Johannesburg : Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours (pending traffic delays etc)
6. Expected arrival time at destination may vary due to traffic etc.
7. Check in time for Domestic Departures (OR Tambo) : Minimum 1 hour prior to ETD of flight
8. Check in time for International Departures (OR Tambo) : Minimum 2 hours prior to ETD of flight
9. DROP OFF AT OR TAMBO AIRPORT ALWAYS GETS PREFERENCE DUE TO FLIGHT DEPARTURE CHECK IN TIME
10. Ingelosi accepts no responsibility (neither to replace nor to deliver it to the guest if and when found) for any goods such as luggage, mobile phones, cameras, handbags etc. The guest is responsible to ensure that all his/her belongings are collected before leaving the vehicle.
11. All passengers must be seated for the full duration of the transfer and adults as well as children must be secured with safety belt / baby seat as per South African Road Traffic law.
12. No smoking, alcohol or eating allowed for the duration of the transfer
13. No deliberate stops or delays allowed. Additional fee will be payable in the event of any delays caused by the passenger.
14. Ingelosi undertakes to do anything humanly possible to avoid delays, but do not accept responsibility for any event unforeseen or uncontrollable, such as Acts of God, traffic problems etc.
15. Booking is essential.
16. Tariffs may be changed without prior notice unless full Advance Payment was received for a booking as per Terms and Conditions on Invoice
17. Please advise Ingelosi if guests would have large luggage or extra-ordinary sized pieces, as we have limited space available  for luggage

19. A booking is only confirmed if Ingelosi replied in writing and Terms & Conditions have been adhered to.
